Anti-vaxxers and covid-19

An effective vaccine against the covid-19 virus is faraway. Even after identifying a good vaccine, it would take a lot of time to produce sufficient amount of vaccine to inoculate the world population. Whether younger people should be vaccinated for herd immunity (perhaps 70% of the population) would depend on the effectiveness of the vaccine.
I suspect that older people would be given higher priority given that older people are more likely to die from the covid-19 virus. It is also probable that a lottery system would be used to determine who gets the vaccine first. For example in the USA, we could use the last number of the social security number (e.g. 0 first, then 1 next, etc). This is not a perfect system since not every USA resident has a social security number.
As for the anti-vaxxers, at this time I cannot think of a single reason to force someone to get vaccinated - even those who are a part of the most endangered demographics - covid-19 is not measles, which is a big problem for the young, and there is no requirement even for measles vaccine for natural-born USA citizens. (BTW, immigrants to the USA are required to be vaccinated against a number of diseases including measles.) My inclination is that anti-vaxxers have a right-to-die. I don't foresee a public health reason to try to get 99% vaccination rate with covid-19, and I very much doubt that anti-vaxxers make up 10% never mind 30% of the USA citizenry. We cannot save those who refuse help.
If someone can think of a contrary reasoning, let me know - I have an open mind. Meanwhile, my recommendation in dealing with anti-vaxxers regarding covid-19 is - ignore them - let them die if that's what they want.
p.s. I suspect that many people came to a similar conclusion already. While I see some people sprouting anti-vaccine stances, no one seems bothered enough to engage/oppose them. I suppose it's not polite to say, "You have a right to die."
